Solutions for their product "ProHighway Telemedicine Solution" at the recent
APMITTA 2000 awards.
APMITTA, which stands for Asia Pacific Multimedia Super Corridor Information
Technology & Telecommunications Awards, provides the launch pad to propel
Malaysia's information technology and multimedia into the 21st Century, and to
recognise and reward the talented, the creative and innovative in the industry.

The Prohighway Telemedicine Solution is a medical professional search engine
for the public to search for a doctor according to name, speciality or
location.The Prohighway Clinic Manager (PCM) is a software for doctors to
manage their clinics and to procure drugs directly from the manufacturers or
main suppliers. There is an online Healthcare 'Chat Room' and a Question &
Answer area that allows the public to seek medical information directly from
our panel of medical specialists. There is also a 'Doctor's Only Page' for
doctors to discuss matters among themselves and for knowledge sharing.

Sultan of Perak Visits Prohighway Healthcare Sdn Bhd Booth at 2nd Asean

At the recent 2nd ASEAN Conference on Primary Healthcare that was organised by
the Perak Medical Practitioners Society in conjunction with the Federation of
Private Medical Practitioners Association of Malaysia and the Perak College of
Medicine in Ipoh, Prohighway Healthcare Sdn Bhd took up a booth to highlight to
the participating doctors the user-friendly Prohighway Clinic Manager (PCM)
software.

The 3-day event attracted more than 300 participants. The Sultan of Perak, Duli

Yussuf Izzuddin Shah Ghafarullahu-Lahu Shah, officiated the opening of the Conference.
