I have recently heard that eating a lot of instant noodles can cause cancer! Apparently, the was coating of the noodles is carcinogen, and the body takes 2 days to get rid of it. It is suggested that we allow three days break inbetween eating two packetsof instant noodles! Is this true? I am very concerned as I love to eat a lot of instant noodles.
There is always a fear that some preservatives are carcinogenic. My advise is not to eat instant noodles too often but occasional consumption of instant noodles has been known to cause no harm.

Why don't you read the article "Fat in an instant by eating instant fat' in the ProHighway Healthcare website. This article talks about the amount of fat that is in instant noodles but does not mention anything about carcinogens.

I have seen an article that stated that consumption of excessive amounts Vitamin C may cause kidney Stones. My family especially my parents and my 12 years old child love to consume fruit juices. We usually juice up different kinds of fruits e.g. carrot and tomatoes with green apple.

Based from the above, can you please tell me what kind of vitamins we will gain and are we taking too much Vitamin C? Is there any harm if we take this juice daily?
From what you have mentioned regarding fruit juices, there is no reason why you should not continue to drink fruit juices. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and any excess of it will be excreted by the kidneys.

Regarding excessive consumption of vitamin C causing kidney stones, this has not been properly confirmed and I would not place too much emphasis on it. There are many other probable causes of kidney stone formation.

Continue on with your juicing. However, remember to drink your juice within half an hour of juicing so as not to destroy the vitamin content.

Presently, I'm taking up bodybuilding. Since I could not consume the protein as sold in the market for bodybuilders, I've been consuming a lot of Soybean milk. Will high consumption of soybean milk result in high uric acid? Are there any side effects?

As you are a male, I would say that the only problem you might have with regards to consuming large amounts of Soyabean milk would be the phyto-oestrogen (female hormones) that are contained in Soyabean milk. With regards to high uric acid, I think that this would not be a problem. As far as I know, Soyabean has not been known to cause gout. Gout usually occurs from taking foods such as seafood. However, you have not mentioned how much Soyabean milk that you are consuming in a day.
