My husband constantly complains of pain on his ankle and heels. It is especially painful after his squash games and long shopping hours. He said it could be due to his sport shoes but I am worried it could be more than that.
Your husband could be suffering from ligament strain which is common in those who engage in strenuous sports like squash. It may be helpful if he can do more "warm-up" exercises including muscle stretching before he starts his game.

If the problem persists, you should see an orthopaedic surgeon.

I am 150cm and weight 55kgs. I think I'm overweight so do you have any suggestions to help me to reduce my weight?
The best way to reduce weight is to eat less carbohydrates and starch. Take more vegetables and lean meat (proteins), together with regular exercise such as aerobics, jogging or play some vigorous games.

I am 1.6m tall and weigh 55kg. Am I overweight? I have tried jogging but always end up having pain in my bones even though I did the proper warm-ups and cooling down (5 min. warm-up, 30 min. jogging, 30 min calisthenics and 5 min. cool-down, 5 days a week.) I have consulted doctors and was advised to do only brisk walking and stretching exercises since they can detect any problems in me. I want to lose weight and shed away extra fats on my body. What do you advise?
According to the standard weight and height table, you are not overweight. If your doctors advised you to do only brisk walking and stretching exercises, it would be wise to listen to them, otherwise you may like to go for a total body/health check-up in hospital for a complete screening of your health or consult a specialist on the recurrent pain you have in your bones after jogging.

As you are not deemed overweight medically, do not be overly concerned about wanting to lose weight. To tone up your body, shed away extra fats or prevent excess fats from accumulating, eat a healthy balanced diet rich in fibre, roughage and vitamins but low in fats and calories, do some spot resistance exercises to tone up different muscles or parts of the body. You may also like to incorporate some mild aerobic exercises such as leisurely swimming or cycling into your life to keep fit and healthy. Remember to exercise moderately to be benefited. Like all things done excessively, over-exercising or over-training can cause more harm to your health than good.

My height is 156cm and I weigh 42kg. Is my weight ideal for my height? My friends tell me that I am too small.

I want to gain weight but sometimes I don`t have a good appetite. Should I exercise or would it cause me to lose weight?

Should I eat a lot of meat? Should I take multivitamins? I used to be not to say fat but just okay.
I don't eat as much as I used to. I would like to increase my weight to 48 kg..

Taking into account your height and present weight, you are presently underweight. Exercise is good for the body. If can increase the efficienty of your heart function and make your muscles firmer. After a good bout of exercise, most people usually have a good appetite. Taking vitamin tablets, especially vitamin B, C and E, are useful if your daily food intake is not well-balanced. Taking a well balanced diet with plenty of vegetables, fruits and lean meat, together with regular exercise, will definitely help you to become more healthy.
