 | Over the last year, I have been facing difficulty in having a sexual relationship with my fiance. I am not interested in kissing or having sex with him but he been very patient with me. Am I still in love with him as I feel that kissing is the most intimate part of a relationship as you only kiss the one you love? We have been together for approximately 3 1/2 years and are living together. |

| I feel that your partner and yourself should seek counselling from a Sex Therapist. There is a doctor in the University Hospital of Singapore who is an expert in this area. At the very least, you should consult a Consultant Gynaecologist who has experience in Sex Therapy.

 | Dr Bella, my girlfriend has been taking the contraceptive pill and stopped them after taking the 4th pill of the whole pack. A few days later she experienced vaginal bleeding (similar to a period for 2 days). I have done some research on my own and found out that this is commonly known as "spotting". One of the side effects that would occur when the pills are missed. However, I am still worried. Please reply to me and let me kow whether this is something serious and does she need to see a Medical Practitioner. |

| Your girlfriend experienced vaginal bleeding when she stopped taking the pill. This is quite common and it is due to withdrawal bleeding when she stopped the pill.
There is nothing to worry about. She should start taking a new packed of contraceptive pills about after she stopped the other pill.

 | How would I know if my partner has Genital Warts? Could you please recommend Specialists or Hospitals to visit for this problem. |
 |
| You should bring your partner to see a Specialist Venerealogist or Urologist to ascertain whether he has genital warts. Most of the Private Medical Centres, such as Pantai Medical Centre in Bangsar, have Specialist Urologists and Venerealogists.

 | Is there any place where I can get the penile band? |
 |
| There is no such term as a penile band. There are circumcision clamps used by Doctors to perform Circumcision. These clamps have to be used with care and under supervision. They are available only to Medical Practitioners.
