I was diagnosed with diabetes in January 2005, I do not know how long I have been having this problem since both my parents are diabetic. However, in December last year, I started experienced Erectile Dysfunction. I have seen the doctor about it and he gave me some vitamins (C,B,E and Multivites) but nothing has changed. I sometimes can have an erection but it is not as hard as before and it does not last. I am planning to settle down next year and this worries me. I also smoke.
I would advise you to see a Consultant Urologist regarding your ED problem. The fact that you can have an erection means that your problem is not that severe. But most importantly, your diabetes must be well-controlled.

I have a problem that makes me worry a lot. My semen is not whitish colour, instead it is brownish colour. What can cause this problem? What is the treatment?
Semen is not totally whitish in colour. Sometimes it can be slightly yellowish. If you are worried, you shoud consult a Consultant Urologist and send your seme for laboratory investigation.

My husband and I have had sex regularly up until 6 months ago, then stopped because I wanted to wait. We both have been tested recently for STDs and are both clean. After our first night, his penis has swollen from his circumcision scar to the head (aprox 1 cm). It is soft and not painful, just alarming. It dissipates after a while, but once we continue with sex it is swollen again. It is only noticable when his penis is flacid. He is not in pain. What can this be?
It is difficult to know what your husband is suffering from. I would advise him to see a Consultant Urologist.

I feel that one of my testicles is an unusual shape. I think it has been this way since young. Is this normal? Could it lead to certain diseases later on in life?
In is difficult to comment whether your testicle is abnormal unless you are examined. There can be fluid in the testicle (hydrocele) which could make it appear abnormal. You need to see a Doctor or a Consultant Urologist for a thorough examination.
